Review & Follow-Up
The PBCC will review your submission and reach out to you to confirm details of your event and answer any questions.
- If you requested an acknowledgement letter for your event, this will also be emailed to you for you to use as you promote your fundraiser.
Support & Resources
If you are hosting a public event or fundraiser, it will be posted on our website event calendar with the information you provided on your submitted form and if you requested informational materials and trinkets, they will be shipped out as soon as possible.
Tip: Make sure you check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see this email within 5-7 business days
- Make sure to review our Grassroots Partner Guidelines for fundraising tips and what the PBCC can do to support you.
- Download our official logos to use on promotional and marketing materials for your fundraiser. Please note that all materials featuring the PBCC logo must be approved. Once your materials are drafted, email a copy to PBCC Director of Community Outreach, Brittani Potts, at brittani@pabreastcancer.orgcreate new email.
- Reach more potential donors by following the Path to Social Media Success For Your Event! Tip: If you create a Facebook Event for your fundraiser, be sure to add the PBCC as a co-host.
