Hours are 8:00 am – 4:30 pm on Monday, Tuesday, Fridays; 7:30 am – 4:30 pm on Wednesday; 8:00 am – 7:30 pm on Thursday; 8:00 am – 12:00 pm on Saturday.

Cambodian, Indonesian and Vietnamese interpreters available. Other language interpreters available by telephone. 

Must be established as a patient of the healthcare centers and a physician will order examination and scheduling at a later date.
