PA Sen. Fank Farry (R-6) and PA Senate President Pro Tempore Kim Ward (R-39) introduced opens in a new windowSenate Bill 88, legislation that expands on the progress of opens in a new windowAct 1 of 2023, eliminating all costs for diagnostic breast imaging. That includes diagnostic mammograms, MRIs and ultrasounds for individuals with state-regulated insurance. The bill passed the PA Senate with unanimous support and now waits a final vote in the PA House.
