Thanks to YOU, Senate Bill 88 for no-cost diagnostic breast imaging passed the Pennsylvania legislature!

The bill expands on the comprehensive screening coverage of Act 1 of 2023.

Senate Bill 88 (now Act 52 of 2025), introduced by PA Senator Frank Farry and PA Senate President Pro Tempore Kim Ward, eliminates all out-of-pocket costs for diagnostic breast MRIs, mammograms, and ultrasounds for Pennsylvanians insured under PA law.
