Spring has sprung, and that can mean only one thing here at the PBCC…it’s time to “Take a Swing Against Breast Cancer”!
For the third year now, we are teaming up with the PA Association of Community Bankers to bring a series of home run derby events to all 11 minor league baseball stadiums across the state. We kick things off in Harrisburg on July 1st and end up in Reading on July 30th, and visit all the stadiums in between. It’s a fun way to get our message out to a new audience and raise some money for the cause at the same time.
For a $500 donation to the PBCC, you and three friends can participate in the home run derby. For that donation, you also get a team jersey, goodie bag, a souvenir team photo, and of course, bragging rights if you actually hit a few home runs! Click here to see some fun photos from previous events.
We also have a single batter option this year. For $125, come on out to the ballpark and take your swings. And we always need volunteers and people to cheer on the batters!
