Harrisburg Hilton
Held in
Harrisburg every October, the PBCC hosts the only
statewide breast cancer conference in
Pennsylvania. Hundreds of attendees participate in this highly
acclaimed event which offers a Breast Cancer
Leadership Training, Grand Rounds for Physicians and
Healthcare Professionals, educational workshops
and the Pink Ribbon Awards Luncheon. This
conference is designed for breast cancer
survivors, medical professionals, community and
corporate leaders, legislators and advocates.

On-Site
Registration Procedures
All attendees must check in at registration before
the conference to pick up their name badge and
other materials. Registration will be open
7:00 am - 1:00 pm on Wednesday, October 8.
You may not pick up conference materials for
another attendee. Attendees who have not
registered in advance must register on-site by
filling out a registration form and submitting
payment.
Registration
Substitutions
If you have already registered and are unable to
attend the conference, someone from your
organization may attend in your place.
Please notify the PBCC of any registration
substitutions or changes via email to
kim@pabreastcancer.org.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Registration fees are non-refundable. They
will be used to further our mission and to
continue our programs.

Early
Registration = $65 (before 9/30)
Early Registration with Continuing Education
Credits = $115
Bring a Friend Value Price = $100 (for two
attendees)
Standard Registration = $85 (after 9/30)

Lodging
A block of rooms at a
discounted rate is reserved at the Harrisburg Hilton
for Pennsylvania Breast Cancer Coalition Annual Conference
attendees. Please call the Harrisburg Hilton
at (717) 233-6000 and mention the code PBC to
make your reservation by September 1st.
Parking
If parking in the Walnut Street Parking Garage,
bring your ticket to the Welcome Center in the
Strawberry Arcade for discounted price. If
this garage is full, please park in the Market
Square Garage. Parking rate is $5 for day
guests and $8 for overnight guests.
Continuing
Education
(CEU credits are an additional $50 fee and are NOT
included in the regular registration fee.)
Nurses:
Application has been made for 3 contact hours to
the ONS Approver Unit. ONS is accredited
as an approver of continuing nursing education
by the
American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission
on Accreditation.
Applicants for Continuing Education credits
must attend one workshop during each workshop session. All participants seeking CEU
credits must sign in at the Continuing Education
table to the left of the registration tables the
day of the conference. Participants who do
not sign in will not receive credit.
Academic credit cannot be earned by signing up
after the event.
