Harrisburg Hilton
Held in
Harrisburg every October, the PBCC hosts the only
statewide breast cancer conference in
Pennsylvania. Hundreds of attendees participate in this highly
acclaimed event which offers a Grand Rounds
Plenary Session, educational workshops, exhibit
hall
and the Pink Ribbon Awards Luncheon. This
conference is designed for breast cancer
survivors, medical professionals, community and
corporate leaders, legislators and advocates.

On-Site
Registration Procedures
All attendees must check in at registration before
the conference to pick up their name badge and
other materials. Registration will be open
7:00 am - 1:00 pm on Wednesday, October 13.
You may not pick up conference materials for
another attendee. Attendees who have not
registered in advance must register on-site by
filling out a registration form and submitting
payment.
Registration
Substitutions
If you have already registered and are unable to
attend the conference, someone from your
organization may attend in your place.

substitutions or changes via email to

by October 9, 2010.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Registration fees are non-refundable. They
will be used to further our mission and to
continue our programs.

Credits = $115

Parking
Parking is available in the Walnut Street Parking Garage.
Bring your ticket to the Welcome Center in the
Strawberry Arcade for discounted price. If
this garage is full, please park in the Market
Square Garage. Parking rate is $5 for day
guests and $8 for overnight guests.
Continuing
Education
(CEU credits are an additional $50 fee and are NOT
included in the regular registration fee.)
Nurses:
Application has been made for this conference for
3 contact hours to
the ONS Approver Unit. ONS is accredited
as an approver of continuing nursing education
by the
American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission
on Accreditation.
Applicants for Continuing Education credits
must attend one workshop during each workshop session. All participants seeking CEU
credits must sign in and complete evaluation forms at the Continuing Education
booth to the right of the registration booths the
day of the conference. Participants who do
not sign in will not receive credit.
Academic credit cannot be earned by signing up
after the event.
